‘47 Brand Capsule Collection, 2024
Pulling inspiration from warm, summer months on the Amalfi Coast, Resort was developed as a conceptual capsule collection while interning at ‘47 Brand, alongside fellow interns William Mitchell and Mai Nguyen. ‘47 Brand is a headwear and apparel company, primarily focused in sports licensing. Using bright colors, new (and old) silhouettes, and summery graphics, this collection aimed to envision a new, unlicensed side of ‘47’s offerings for Spring/Summer 2026.

Summer-inspired apparel and use of lightweight fabrics allows SP26's RESORT Collection to shine. Bright colors, new silhouettes that include unisex options, and fruity, floral themed graphics, we look to channel the essential Italian summer. Additionally, including past favorites such as the Hitch and Foundation Tee, we plan to elevate classically loved '47 items with a summery, unlicensed twist.

Crochet Bucket hat with checkered pattern, with a postcard stamp graphic of '47 RESORT's destination logo. Ribbed tank using variegated rib knit fabric. Contrast neckline and armholes add a pop of color, with a centered arch text graphic in the middle.
(Top) A classic brand silhouette, the '47 Hitch takes on a new identity with Italy inspired graphics, a pop color under visor, and braided rope trim. (Bottom) The '47 clean up embellished with citrus-y graphics, a leather back strap for added sophistication, and a new option for the postcard logo being used on the side of the hat.
A classic silhouette for the brand, we brought a summery twist to the '47 Foundation tee by using small cocktail inspired graphics on the front, with scatter-graphics on the back showcasing popular Italy destinations, drinks, and fruits.
Designed for ultimate comfort, the '47 linen-like set is created with a hemp blend twill for extra breathability, containing small buttons and graphics for a pop of color. Utilizing the same fabric for its drape and comfort, the '47 Handkerchief hat is a fun, trendy combination between a bandana and hat, allowing for ability to tie beneath the user's hair or under their chin, depending on preference.

(Top) Featuring contrasting stripes with bold colors, the '47 Baby Tee is made of variegated rib knit for extra stretch. A large center graphic and destination text complete the tees, creating a fashion forward look. (Bottom) This two-tone jacket uses a twill fabric and incorporates ribbed cuffs and waistband for comfort, allowing for layering within the collection. With a contrasting color scheme, braided trim is added to the yoke of the jacket, and the look is finalized with a small cherry graphic on the left chest.
